Ready Steps Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Overview

Ready Steps LLC builds ReadySteps, a clinic-to-home learning practice product for children, families, caregivers, and care teams. This policy explains how we handle information through the ReadySteps website and app.

Information We Collect

If you contact us by email or through a mailto form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message. The current website does not create user accounts, process payments, or store form submissions in a website database.

As ReadySteps develops, the app may use practice progress, learning goals, reward settings, and caregiver-selected preferences to provide the product experience. Synced progress reporting is designed to use anonymized report identifiers instead of raw account identifiers, and child names are not included in synced attempt records. We will update this policy before launching features that materially change what information is collected or how it is used.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, improve ReadySteps, and communicate about product access or updates. We do not sell personal information.

Children's Privacy

ReadySteps is intended for use with caregiver involvement. We aim to collect only information needed to provide learning practice, progress, and support features. Caregivers may contact us to ask questions about data associated with their family.

Third-Party Services

The website is hosted by Netlify. Email messages are handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers. Future app versions may use Apple platform services and other service providers needed to operate ReadySteps.
